About the role

Marlborough House Vinehall is seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker with strong financial and operational management experience and excellent organisational skills for the new role of Business Manager.

The Business Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, working in close partnership with the Head to support the strategic and operational leadership of the school. The role provides a vital link between the day-to-day management of the school and the Governing Body, ensuring that financial, operational and compliance functions are delivered efficiently, sustainably and in line with the school’s long-term vision.

The role is all year round, but there is scope for it to be part-week, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set. As this is a new role, there is a real opportunity for the right candidate to shape it to their own strengths.

Outline Terms and Conditions

Period of employment: Permanent, full or part-time position.

Working hours: To be agreed.  

Salary range: £50,000-£60,000. The School will comply with its legal obligations in relation to the provision of access to a pension scheme.
