<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm">Marlborough House Vinehall is seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker with strong financial and operational management experience and excellent organisational skills for the new role of Business Manager.</p>

<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm">The Business Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, working in close partnership with the Head to support the strategic and operational leadership of the school. The role provides a vital link between the day-to-day management of the school and the Governing Body, ensuring that financial, operational and compliance functions are delivered efficiently, sustainably and in line with the school&rsquo;s long-term vision.</p>

<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm">The role is all year round, but there is scope for it to be part-week, depending on the candidate&#39;s experience and skill set. As this is a new role, there is a real opportunity for the right candidate to shape it to their own strengths.</p>
